Special Call Council Meeting Minutes
May 31. 2007

Present: Pr. Eastman, Jim Baumgardner, Charlie Boone, Carlo D’Agostino, Mark Demich, Kevin Dixon, Patty Fess, Bob Hein, Ann Holmstrom, Lisa Jackson, Nick Poulos
Excused: Gayle Meskimen

Kevin Dixon called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. He welcomed Bob Hein to the Council.

Closed Session
Mark Demich moved for the Council to go into closed session for the purpose of personnel. Jim Baumgardner seconded and the motion passed.

Approve Salary and Housing Package
Lisa Jackson moved to approve a salary and housing package, as discussed at the meeting, to offer to Pr. Mark Williamson for the position of Associate Pastor and Mark Demich seconded. The package was approved.

Special Call Congregational Meeting
June 24, 2007 was set as the date for the Special Congregational Meeting to vote on calling Pr. Mark Williamson as Associate Pastor of St. Paul. He would potentially begin his call on July 1, 2007.

Open Session
Mark Demich moved to come out of closed session. Lisa Jackson seconded and the motion carried.

Adjournment
There was no other business and Jim Baumgardner moved to adjourn and Patty Fess seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
